Eric's grandfather (Mother's side) was a Builder and Developer, in the East Bay of California.
Pedro Triana taught Eric the ways of building properly from the first summer he spent as his apprentice -at 7 years of age.
Fast forward to the present, Eric believes in the 'Master Builder' concept, knowing that the best way to control the output of a great design, is to be involved in all aspects of a project, from design through construction.
A Remodeler since 2003, Eric has remodeled well over 100 residential and commercial projects as both a builder and designer. Now Eric collaborates with a team of licensed contractors to ensure Your design is constructed as designed
After studying 5 years of world architectural history, in his Master's program, Eric fell in love with historical buildings in every design style. "They all have redeeming qualities that should be preserved". Additionally, Eric has a local historical connection as well, with his grandfather, Architect Frank Wynkoop, the designer of both the legendary "Butterfly House" and the neighboring Henry Johnson House, on Scenic Drive in Carmel.
On the forefront of design, Eric has a 21st century Master
of Architecture degree, 15 years of practical design & build experience, is an active AIA board member,
